The release of the new version of the CAMIO 2021 R3 measuring software brought a newa module for gears measuring. This software module allows gear manufacturers or entire gears to have full control over most types of gears. The programming mode is created as a guide to the entire measurement process, including the creation of temporary CAD models for better visualization of measuring paths and eliminates errors or downtime in the creation of programs.

Product description
CAMIO GEARS enables measurements with the Renishaw SP25M analog scanning probe, TP20 and TP200 touch switching probes and also with Nikon Metrology laser scanners. The GEARS module is able to measure the following types of gears.
- Spur gears - involute external, internal or partial
- Bevel gears - involute external, internal or partial
