Renishaw's MODUS software is a powerful five-axis measurement platform. The configurable user interface enables off-line development of DMIS measuring programs, including evaluation of geometric dimensions and comparison with tolerance values from a CAD model together with full motion simulation. Programs can be created off-line directly from the CAD model with on-screen probe path verification. The environment of the coordinate measuring machine as well as the setting and placement of the part in the machine can be freely defined and the course of measurement in five-axis measurement can be fully simulated.

Product description
MODUS builds on compatibility with most industry standard formats such as DMIS, I ++ DME, DML and Microsoft® SQL Server. This makes it as compatible as possible with your existing programs and measurement protocols. Measurement logs can be displayed in text and graphic form and exported in many different formats, including the Q-DAS system format for comprehensive analyzes of statistical process control.
