TrackScan enables a wide range of applications in combination with additional modules, . It can be paired with an additional light module for inspection and detection of holes, grooves and machined holes on stamped parts. Thanks to the ability to switch between multiple working modes, TrackScan adapts to different conditions of scanned parts with an accuracy of up to 0.025 mm and a measurement speed of up to 2,600,000 points/s. Up to 7 parallel blue laser lines are used to capture details. The single blue laser line aims to collect 3D data of deep holes, grooves or hard-to-reach places.

Track-Scan-P can precisely measure large volume parts without the need to glue reference marks thanks to the tracking camera system. This optical 3D measurement system consists of a portable 3D scanner and an E-Track optical camera system. It is suitable for 3D scanning of large objects and assemblies. It can be widely used for quality control, product development, reverse engineering, and more in industries such as aerospace, automotive, rail, and molds.
